As our Account manager based in Roanoke, VA, Julia Belvin is eager to help businesses throughout Roanoke and the surrounding areas save money through UMS’s audit and analysis services.

Julia has 15 years of proven accomplishments in new territory development as a business development professional. Before joining UMS, she was with Commercial Fueling Network, a subsidiary of Olympian Oil, (San Francisco, CA). In that role, Julia was responsible for the introduction and expansion of its Network of West Coast-based petroleum marketers into the Eastern US. Prior to CFN, Julia was an Associate with Kepner-Tregoe (Princeton, NJ), an international management consulting and training company.

Dave is a performance proven sales executive with a superior record of sales and market development over the past 28 years in the aircraft manufacturing industry while working for the following aircraft manufacturers: Beech Aircraft, Cessna Aircraft, Embraer Aircraft, Saab Aircraft and Gulfstream Aerospace. Dave is also a retired Navy Captain with 26 years of dedicated service in Naval Aviation as a Naval Flight Officer aboard the P3B Orion Anti Submarine Warfare aircraft. Dave was also a registered stock broker and has worked with all the major stock exchanges.

Dave is a graduate of Virginia Tech (VPI), Blacksburg Virginia and is an Airline Transport Rated Pilot with over 6000 hours of flight time. Dave resides in the Roanoke area and is the proud grandfather of a grandson and granddaughter.
