Based in Roswell, GA, Ken Boekhaus is an Area Manager for the Atlanta metro area. Ken also operates eXpense Solutions, a company dedicated to helping businesses improve their bottom line by reducing their overhead expenses and taxes, which is the same objective of his position with UMS. Prior to starting eXpense Solutions in 2007, he was a sales and marketing executive with several different companies in the electronic payment industry for 14 years. Prior to that, Ken worked for a major oil company in various assignments of increasing responsibility. Ken has a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBUniversity, also in Illinois.

As Area Manager in Augusta, GA, Craig Borden works with businesses to help them save money on their electric costs. Craig is also the managing agent and principle of Borden Insurance Group, an agency that specializes in final expense planning for senior adults, with agents in Augusta, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Delaware. As a business owner, he recognizes the importance of cost control and enjoys helping other businesses in those efforts. Prior to entering the insurance business, Craig was president of TORO Sitework Systems, a national sales and training organization contracted by the TORO Corporation. He has a BS in liberal arts from Columbia International University and did his master's work at Dallas Theological Seminary and Southwestern Seminary. Craig is very active in and lead the men's ministry at Quest Church in Augusta. Craig is married and is the father of five children.

Chris Ivy is the GA Regional Manager for UMS. Prior to joining UMS, Chris had 17 years experience in the grocery industry with an extensive background in corporate buying, selling and management. He owned a multi-million dollar/year, home-based wholesale food broker business, which dealt with commodities trading between retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. Chris achieved a BS in Marketing and Organizational Management from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, attending college on a full academic scholarship. Chris resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two sons.

Prior to joining UMS, She enjoyed a long and successful career in sales management. Debbie enjoys helping companies manage and recapture costs, particularly finding no-risk solutions to their cost management initiatives.
