As the Corporate Manager for UMS, Dawn Scudella works with current and potential customers to identify opportunities for significant cost recoveries and cost savings. Dawn has extensive experience in customer relations programs, sales, training, and business development. Prior to joining UMS, she consulted with small and medium-sized businesses to identify opportunities for growth and expansion through direct development and implementation of custom sales, training and marketing programs. Dawn graduated summa cum laude from Marian College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and from Moraine Park Business School with a degree in Accounting. She is an active volunteer and has worked with numerous non-profit organizations, including the CEC (Coastal Entrepreneurial Council), the NC World Trade Organization, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Sarus Festival for Performing Arts, and the Literacy Council. Dawn is also a member of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.

Jeff Cleveland is a UMS Area Manager in the Greenville, SC area. Prior to joining UMS, Jeff held a number of regional and national sales and marketing management positions within the packaging industry, relating to paper and plastic packaging materials and associated equipment. For the past 15 years, he has been the principal of a manufacturers' representative agency, focusing on the sale of packaging throughout the U.S. Although Jeff currently resides in Greer, SC, Atlanta, GA was his home base for most of his business career. After attending Franklin and Marshall College and serving in the U.S. Navy, he eventually went to the Michigan Business School of Executive Education. Jeff has two children and two grandchildren.

Prior to joining UMS, Chris had 17 years experience in the grocery industry with an extensive background in corporate buying, selling and management. He owned a multi-million dollar/year, home-based wholesale food broker business, which dealt with commodities trading between retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. Chris achieved a BS in Marketing and Organizational Management from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, attending college on a full academic scholarship. Chris resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two sons.
