Mary Greblunas is an Area Manager for UMS in the greater Richmond area. Prior to joining UMS, Mary owned a business that supplied goods and services to the construction industry. Having owned a business, she is acutely aware of the need to reduce spending wherever possible. Mary is excited to be part of the UMS team and looks forward to helping companies identify ways to save money without having to spend money take a risk. She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and has been a business development professional for over 20 years. Mary is a native of Richmond and currently resides in Hanover County. Mary and her husband, Joe, spend most of their free time sailing the Chesapeake Bay.

Louise Mulholland is the Area Manager for Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas. Prior to joining UMS, she spent eight years in the automotive industry in sales and finance management. Before moving to Virginia, Louise lived in northern California and worked in the banking industry.

Prior to joining UMS as an Area Manager in Richmond, VA, Bruce Westebbe was in the mortgage banking business for 15 years. In addition, Bruce was recognized as a top territory manager covering the state of Texas in technology sales. He spent 12 years as a USPTA tennis professional and is still an active member of the United States Professional Tennis Association as a P-1 certified pro. He Bruce also managed a large apartment complex in Miami, FL, which gives him an understanding of the importance of managing operating costs. He attended George Mason University where he majored in Biology and Business.

Mike Maddox is an Area Manager for Eastern VA. Mike was formally trained as a nuclear power plant operator and supervisor by the US Navy. He has over twenty years experience in sales and sales management, including ten years managing retail stores ranging in size from 3,500 to over 30,000 square feet. Mike understands the demands on a business owner when costs outpace sales and is eager to help businesses in and around the Tidewater area.

Don Bass is the Area Manager for Northern VA and the DC metro area. Prior to joining UMS, Don had 30 years of executive and account management experience with a US government regulatory agency and a major wall street institution. He is eager to assist businesses, non-profit organizations, associations and churches in reducing their electricity costs. Don holds a BS in Marketing from Indiana University and an MBA from George Mason University. He and his wife live in Springfield, VA.

Cary Cohen joined UMS as an Account Manager in 2007, focusing on helping businesses in the D.C. area. Prior to that, Cary worked in the direct mail industry for over ten years and held various management positions in the automotive industry. He is involved in numerous associations for whose members he helps save money on their utility bills, such as the VA Manufacturers Association and the International Facilities Managers Association.

Based in Roanoke, VA, Julia Belvin is an Area Manager in Western VA. She is eager to help businesses throughout Roanoke and the surrounding areas save money through a UMS audit and analysis. Julia has 15 years of proven accomplishments in new territory development as a business development professional. Before joining UMS, she was with Commercial Fueling Network (CFN), a subsidiary of Olympian Oil, (San Francisco, CA). In that role, Julia was responsible for the introduction and expansion of its network of West Coast-based petroleum marketers into the Eastern US. Prior to CFN, she was an Associate with an international management consulting and training company. Julia earned a BA in Art History from Mary Washington College of The University of Virginia.

Dave Hunt is an Area Manager in Western VA. He is a veteran business development professional. For the 32 years prior to joining UMS, Dave worked for various aircraft manufacturers, including Beech Aircraft, Cessna, Embraer, Saab, and Gulfstream Aerospace. He is a retired U.S. Navy Captain with over 3600 hours flight time in the P3B Orion Anti-Submarine Warfare Aircraft. In addition Dave is an Airline Transport Rated Pilot with over 6,000 flight hours. He helps businesses in Southwest and Central VA, as well as western NC, where he maintains a home. Dave is a graduate of Virginia Tech (VPI), Blacksburg, VA and resides in Hardy, VA.
