We offer services that find the lowest available rate with your current utility provider that is best suited for your particular operations. There are typically 12 to 18 rates offered to commercial users from each provider. Most providers will automatically place you on a
default rate when you sign up for service. We help you find the rate that is best suited for your line of business. There are never any costs to switch to a new rate with your electrical provider. We do not have to visit your buildings or make changes to your operations. We do not ask you to change anything that you are
currently doing. We simply find a better rate for you. Your work and time required for our services is minimal. The only thing you have to do is fill out the Data Authorization/Service Agreement Form and to compile your account numbers. The rest of the process is completed my UMS.

Your historical and ongoing electric bills will be analyzed to identify billing errors and secure refunds for you. Also, we will model your actual usage against all available utility rate schedules to ensure you are on the most advantageous rate and rider combination for your level and pattern of usage.

Our service is on a contingency basis. Unless you receive refunds or savings, there will never be a bill from us. If there are refunds or savings we will bill you for 50% of those amounts.

Your time commitment will be limited to completing and returning the service agreement.
